Unfortunately, there is no crystal ball and I regret to announce there will be no HDE Agency special event productions of mass gatherings till spring of 2021.
At this time, HDE Agency has taken every possible measure and has outlined post COVID-19 special event production guidelines to ensure yours and the public’s safety. We want to make sure when we come back to the new norm, we are stronger than ever to execute a successful.

What about COVID 19?
The Arizona Department of Health Services reported that Arizona’s level of community Coronavirus spread is minimal. HDE Agency, the Valley’s leader in events and entertainment will continue to produce and host its upcoming events as planned.
The festival will take extra precautions to ensure guests are safe and the festival grounds are sanitary. Additional handwashing and sanitizing stations will be set up, all vendors are confirmed and verified to meet all of Maricopa County’s food safety practices plus offer guests additional hand sanitizer and napkins. HDE Agency encourages individuals to take the recommended measures of washing their hands regularly, covering their nose and mouth when sneezing and staying home if they are feeling any symptoms of illness.
All national music acts including Lee Brice, Craig Morgan, Caylee Hammack and Locash are confirmed and will be playing. The festivities will take place at Tumbleweed Park located at 745 E Germann Rd. in Chandler with gates opening at noon and the fun lasting until 10 p.m.

I plan on drinking and do not want to drive, what transportation methods are available?
There are many reliable public & private transportation services in the Phoenix metro area. We recommend LYFT, UBER and/or YELLOW CAB (480) 888-8888. The Crowne Plaza San Marcos Resort – Chandler will be offering FREE shuttle services from Downtown Chandler to the event Park & Ride location. Pick up and drop offs will run shuttle routes ever hour on the hour.
Can I take public transportation to the event?
Yes, the Valley Metro system provides public transportation throughout the greater Phoenix metro area. Visit for routes, pricing and tips to plan your trip.
Are there any hotels located within walking distance of the event?
Yes, the Historic Downtown Chandler area is home to many great hotels located within 2 miles of the event.

Do I have to show my I.D. to purchase beer or liquor?
Picture I.D. is required to purchase or consume alcohol. Your I.D. will be checked upon entrance into the event and could be checked randomly as asked throughout the event. Guests 21 years of age and older will be issued a wristband allowing alcohol purchase.
Do the food vendors accept debit or credit cards?
Not all food vendors accept Debit or Credit cards so please bring cash with you. ATM’s are available within the festival site for your convenience.
What is the cost of admission to this event?
General Admission is $10 at any Valley Wide Bashas’ location$15 online during presale, $20 day of event.
What methods of payment can I use to purchase my admission ticket?
You can purchase your admission ticket in advance via the website using a credit/debit card. On the day of the festival, cash is the only accepted form of payment.
Is there an admission cost for children?
Children 12-years-old and under are admitted into the event for free with a paying adult.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final, there are no refunds.
Will there be ATM machines?
Yes, there will be ATM machines located near the north and south entrances.
What is your inclement weather policy?
This is a rain or shine event.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, but you are responsible for the clean up.
Where is the lost and found located?
Lost and found is located at the north entrance ticket booth.
Will there be emergency assistance available onsite?
The Chandler Police Department will be on hand to ensure your safety. Call 911 for any medical emergencies during the event.

Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and memorable experience for all event guests. In order to do so, a strict code of conduct has been created and all event participants and patrons are expected follow these rules. Guests will show respect for the event location, grounds, coordinators, vendors, sponsors and participants by leaving the following items at home:
• Firearms, knives or other weapons, Coolers and outside food or beverage, Bicycles, skateboards, skates
The following actions will result in immediate ejection of festival grounds:
• Fighting or engaging in any action that may harm, endanger, threaten or bring discomfort to anyone.
• Possession or use of illegal drugs or excessive and irresponsible use of alcohol.
• Damage, destruction, vandalism or theft of any property.
• Taunting, abusive or disruptive language and obscene gestures.
• An individual participating in any of these behaviors will be removed from the event and passes will be revoked. In certain situations, the offender may be arrested.
Prohibited Items
Outside food, drinks & alcoholic beverages (1 sealed water bottle per person, small children snacks & medical needs are exceptions), fireworks/explosives, drones, pets, (unless they are service animals), illegal substances/harmful chemicals, weapons, bicycles, hover boards & skateboards.
